Each of our members are responsible for tasks that accomplish your real estate goal. TheColumbusTeam has worked together for many years resulting in a coordinated effort that puts other Realtors in our wake. 

Our priority is to make your home selling and buying process as stress free as possible. 

Our experienced agents will guide you through the home buying & selling process while additional team members are responsible for specialized tasks along the way. Each is an expert who knows exactly what steps are involved from first contact to closing… and beyond.  

 

Sue Lusk-Gleich

Sue has 28 years experience as a Realtor in the Columbus market; she knows it is a good place to live. Her background accomplishments include a long list of community and business related awards. That, along with the strength of Keller Williams behind her and a dedication to her business philosophy, make Sue one of Columbus' most successful and enthusiastic Realtors.  

Columbus has been home to Sue and her husband Chuck since 1970. Sue's ability to meet moving families needs are rooted in her experience and growing up years as a military dependent, moving every 2-3 years until 1970, when she discovered Columbus.

As the team navigator, Edie keeps the ship afloat, controlling all the pulleys and levers in accounting and budgeting. She charts the course for marketing and tracking. She is the master of the ship for our rental business and helps maintain client satisfaction with our buyers and sellers. Edie also handles all the details needed to make your closing smooth sailing. Her dedication as closing coordinator saves you hassles and headaches. She contacts you periodically to schedule appointments and keeps you up to date on progress of your transaction. Edie is a licensed Realtor and knows the course to sail making sure you arrive at your final destination…the closing. 

Edie maintains office hours Monday –Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

She consults with you to make sure the home brochures are accurate before being placed on the market. Executing the daily listing activities and assisting in the weekly communication of progress rounds out Jeanne’s days. Jeanne is a licensed Realtor and knows the course to sail to get your home in contract.

Making An Offer >How Much To Offer

When you make an offer on a house, your biggest decision is how much to offer. Although you don't want to pay more than you have to, it is sometimes hard to predict how much is "enough" for the seller.

Some sellers price their homes at their bottom line and may be unwilling to negotiate, unless the house has been on the market for a long time. Others build in a little room for negotiation. Some sellers are more motivated than others to get their homes sold. Whatever your situation, it is hard to know what sellers will do until they are presented with an offer.

If your offer is very low, your finances might look shaky, and asking the sellers to pick up closing costs might just result in a refusal of your offer. If your original proposal is unacceptable, the seller will usually make a counter offer. While sellers like to get their asking prices, good listing agents prepare them for the possibility of receiving offers that involve some compromises.
